Effective Nov 1, 2020 invoice details will no longer be emailed to you through Billtrust.
In order to retrieve your invoice details in a secure manner, you will need to sign into the eInvoice Gateway and download your details directly from the customer portal. In the event that you are unable to download your details due to any file size limitation, please reach out to us by emailing or calling the Customer Support contact listed on your invoice. A Customer Support agent will send your details using email encryption to ensure that your data is transmitted to you securely.
